I was driving through Euless and just happened to stop for lunch at this restaurant. What a great find, I will start looking for more locations in my travels if there are more around. I had a fantastic lunch and my server Chris was on top of things the whole time. What a joy to see someone who takes pride in their work. If I could give this restaurant and Chris 10 Stars I would !!!!! If you are going for the first time, do not miss trying the Outlaw Steak Soup - it is out of this world !!!!!!
The worst service (if you can call it that) ever. From manager to server. Over 40 minutes from ticket open (and about 7 minutes before that) , we never even had our order taken. We came in for appetizers and one round of drinks -- no refills -- and that is NOT what we had intended. After we met the manager just to be able to pay out and leave, we realized that the incompetence and inattentiveness started from the top - his leadership. Good luck if you eat here.

Mercedes, thank you for your review. We strive for excellent service and picture perfect food quality. I apologize that this was not the case in your recent visit with us. I am always looking for ways to train and develop my staff so if you would like to speak directly on the situation, please feel free to give us a call at our store number. 817-358-4654. Again, I apologize you did not have the experience in which we expect. I do hope we can speak in the near future. Thank you again for your feedback, and I hope you ha... read more
Absolutely recommend this place from the ambiance to the service & food. Love the decor. 1st visit and everyone was great. Whether they waited on you or not. The music was very nice. Not to loud or volger. The food was good. I ended up having to get a box. Really wanna go back before I leave.
I love the variety on the menu at 54th Street, there is always something delicous to catch my eye! We hadn't been back to this location since right after they opened, and popped in for a quick bite. It was still happy hour, so we got some great deals on bar bites and had a little variety with our dinner. I got the Summer Chicken Salad with the crab cakes, my husband got the buffalo wings with macaroni and cheese, and we got the Tequila Wrappers to start. Everything was pretty darn awesome, with the wrappers being the clear s... read more
We started off a little rough because the hostess did not acknowledge us. It wasn't until the manager, Mike, came up that we were both acknowledged and promptly seated. We had the most amazing server, Avery. It was out 1st visit and he knew the menu well and made great suggestions. His service was so outstanding we were able to forgive the actions (or lack of action) of the hostess. The food was wonderful and I will definitely return (asked to be seated in Avery's area, of course).
Just Left 54 street! I have never left a yelp review ever! But today I had to! My girl Sky, took great care of us! & they have new cooks! Food was fire!!! Pls get the Chicken Philly !!
This place is ok. My friend and I came here for happy hour. It was my first time here. We ordered the 5 dollar Long Island which came out a weird yellow Gatorade type color and tasted similar to a margarita. Not sure if there was a mistake, because any Long Island I had before has been brown, like an iced tea color, hence the name. The taste was fine though, maybe it's their take on it idk. Our waitress was friendly, prices for happy hour were cheap. We ordered nachos and fried pickles. The nachos had a choice of beef or chi... read more

Lisa, thank you for your feedback. We put a huge priority on our menu and making sure you are getting picture perfect quality. I will be speaking with my staff and management team to make sure this quality is across the board. You are correct in the fact that the Long Island is supposed to have the Tea look to it which makes me think they gave you the wrong drink, in which I also apologize for. I value your feedback and I hope we can earn your business back in the near future.
Always satisfied with this restaurant! I'm no tator tot fan but I do love Their loaded tator tots which are huge and delicious. I had their gringo sauce with my waffle fries for the first time and let me tell you- that sauce is wicked awesome! I typically get their gyro platter which is always good. Overall, this place does not disappoint!
They are struggling with staff turnover and slow business. The bar is very slow and more interested in talking to friends than serving customers. Management has not responded to recommendations for improvement and will avoid change. After more than 150 visit on the app, we give up. Cold food and slow service can be fixed and has not been.
Business response:
Rod, thank you for your feedback. I am working on a new bar training program, so we can better develop our bar staff. I apologize that you have had bad experiences with our current bartenders. I will be addressing these issues with my team. Thank you again for your review.
