54th Street was founded in Kansas City, MO by Thomas E. Norsworthy in 1989. He envisioned a place that would accommodate a consistently crowded dining room as well as a lively bar crowd, while offering the quality food and drinks that exceed national chain competitors. At 54th Street, we believe that great food starts with fresh produce, high quality meats and ingredients and meals prepared from scratch. Always a good time with champagne Rita's and overall good food choices. Started off with cheese sticks, then to wings and chicken sandwich. Everything was good, only complaint was fries tad room temp but service and all made up for that.
Can't say I had the worst service when we didn't get any! (: came in today ( a Sunday). Nice weather so wanted to sit outside! Hostess said it was open seating, didn't give us menus and we awkwardly stared at each other until we decided to go ahead and sit outside. Waited and waited, no server. Waited more and still nothing. We sat in view , obviously we had no menus, only ones outside were happy hour which there wasn't any at that time and some ketchup and mustard. Won't come back unless we sit inside at a booth at least so... read more
I would have rated these guys 5 stars if they'd put the playoff game audio on in the bar area. Nobody really cares about the same old tired music in the background. We left and went to Dave & Busters. Updated review: game audio is ON! Boy, these Yelp reviews really work!
Service was terrible. Cold fries, fixings for our burger were missing and our waitress was very inattentive. We've been here previously with good experiences. Noticed the table across from us also had issues with their order. Runner for our food said he'd bring fresh fries but never returned.
We've been to different 54th Street Restaurants and I don't know if it was this location or if the company has changed the menu. BUT, both of our dinners were seriously lacking. In flavor and in the way they were presented. I got the chicken salad sandwich with the baked potato soup. There really wasn't much flavor to the chicken salad sandwich and the soup was overpowered by a heavy cream flavor that left no flavor to the potatoes or other ingredients.
I know this is a chain but, this one is better than most. Our server was "Hunter" son of Weatherford Texas, knew every beer on the menu, characteristics, alcohol content. There are many many draft beers to choose from. Service was excellent, food was amazing, no need describe..come try yourself. Well done 54th Street. Thank you also for comp dessert for Buckeye fans!
Great menu selection and the food was great for the price. Eli was our waiter and he provided both excellent service and and recommendations. We will be back soon.
Way to ruin a beautiful day. We had been wanting to try the lovely patio and yesterday, a 70+day we decided to do that. We sat there for a while and no one brought us a menu. I got a menu and after a LONG WHILE and at least 4 employees passing by our table, NO ONE even acknowledge us. We left. What an awful experience. If there was a selection for NO SERVICE I would pick that.
You can always count on 54th to give you consistently give you great service and great food. Happy to have one in Euless now, I have somewhere to escape that rush hour traffic after work with their large selection of beers on tap! Also. Try the champagne-rita. You'll thank me later.
