Went in last night around 10:30 and sat ourselves in the bar area there were others seated also but it was in no way too busy for someone to acknowledge us and/or seat us but yet we stod there waiting and waiting while employees walked past us and kept walking at one point 2 servers were at the empty table next to us just chatting while we sat there wondering if we were invisible or something it was ridiculous and im so disappointed cuz after having a really bad day i was looking forward to the prime rib french dip they have... read more

We went for lunch today, restaurant was clean and well kept. It was "COVID crowded," about 25% capacity for a Wednesday lunch hour. Service was gracious, prompt, and friendly. Menu is generous with unique items that will please anyone who is looking for a fresh view on meal time; refined interpretations of classic tastes. This place just can't get it right. We literally have to get up and go place our order at the bar. No silverware on the table. I had to go find it myself. Had to go get a server when I got here to let her know we were here. I have high hopes the service would improve but never does. I will continue to let people know that this location is declining quickly. They must do better. Spoke to Reed at the end of the night and expressed our concerns. He could have cared less. I will be escalating this

Went to Happy Hour last night and sat down and it took some time to get acknowledge. It was NOT busy. We ordered 2 beers and about 10 min later we still didn't have them but we could see them sitting at the bar getting warm so we went a got them ourselves. No social distancing at the bar -- we had people sitting on top of us who arrived after we did. No warnings from the bar staff. Dangerous place to eat right now.

I ordered off UberEats. Food has great temp, it was fresh. However- I ordered the Gringo dip- which is queso n chips- I'm not a super fan of the queso blend it's weird and it's hard to mess up a queso? I also ordered the spinach and artichoke cream pasta which should have chicken and shrimp and I would think spinach and artichoke? But in actuality it's pasta in a herbal cream sauce with a couple of slivers of chicken and a couple of pieces of shrimp with two slices of extremely burnt garlic toast. Dined at the Euless location last night for "reverse happy hour" and was pleasantly surprised! Our server, Larry, was extremely kind and very knowledgeable about the menu! He answered all my questions and gave lots of recommendations and was just an overall treat to deal with! I was very impressed with the food and prices and though it was my first time it will not be my last! First time at this location and my daughter and I were craving ribs. My husband bought me here but they were out. We started out with boneless buffalo wings which they attested to be great. She opted for the chicken fried chicken and loved it while my husband ordered the beef taco platter. I couldn't decide and ordered the sliders with avocado. They were delicious. We enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the fight on the big screen. The tea was delicious and our waitress was amazing.
