Was good great waitresses
We moved to the area a year ago and 54th quickly became a frequent “go to” for us. Unfortunately, the last three or four orders have not been great. Order has some sort of mistake. Time before tonight, they gave us the wrong order and didn’t realize it until we got it home. For the inconvenience, they gave us a $15 gift card that didn’t work. Tonight’s order included nachos and very little meat and no cheese…. Probably our last visit.

I read on Yelp that 54th Street in Wentzville has a big roach problem in their dining room that the staff fails to acknowledge. The post citing the roaches was from July 5, 2022. Does anybody know if this restaurant has resolved their roach infestation problem. Just wanted to know.

We have an extremely good pest control partner that is in the building multiple times a month and has never reported roach activity at the Wentzville location. We take cleanliness very seriously and if there was a problem we would immediately get it under control.
My family called 54th street to let them know we would have a large party coming in. We were told we could not make reservations, but when we arrived to the restaurant we could put our name on the waitlist. When we arrived they refused to put us on the waitlist and said they do not serve large groups of people. I had to ask for silverware several times while our food was sitting on the table getting cold! I finally went to ask a third time and literally went and found it myself! My water glass was never filled and to top it off my short drink cost $8.00! That’s just crazy! I doubt I will go back! Not at all impressed with the service!

We received the worst service on all levels this evening. The food was not great, our orders were wrong. We were on hold for 20min to get our problem solved. Had to make a second call from a second phone, to try to reach someone to only be disconnected. We used to get great service from the Wentzville location. It seems that it has gone down hill as far as quality, and service are concerned. It's disappointing to say the least. My suggestion to managment is this. We have been eating at 54th for years The chicken & beef taco platter was one of our favorites. A few weeks ago we were told the menu was changed snd you no longer offered several menu items but added new menu items one that was removed was the chicken & beef tacos.
