We’ve always had a decent experience here but tonight they were WAY off their game. Went with my wife, daughter and mother. Mothers burger was under cooked and they kept forgetting to give her the onions she asked for. Charged us for a triple stack club when all my daughter wanted was a blt. My steak was raw and sent back twice despite ordering it medium. After the 2nd time, it was so tough, it hurt to eat. The manager said they would take the steak off the bill. My husband, myself, and daughter came to eat here Friday night. The waitress was friendly took our drink and food order right away. I ordered a cherry limeade and it tasted very off so I told the waitress and she was just staring at me, so finally I said just give me a tea. walked in at 827pm on a Wednesday night and wanted to watch the cards and blues game in bar area.....several open booths and tables and guy at front said its full, I said ok and left. great service !

We called to see how long their wait time was since the first place we went to was 45 minutes and the lady on the phone said they cant give wait times over the phone so guess you didnt want my business Went to Applebees instead. #ridiculous

RecommendedWe believe our daughter may have lost her Stuffed Mickey Mouse on Saturday 11/24 about 1130am our server was Sabra Ha . we were at table 44. He’s an 6-7inch Mickey and well loved. Her Heart is broken. She has asked Santa to bring him home for Christmas. I called and stopped by the restaurant Saturday and Sunday and they said they didn’t see him . They don’t use the “join the wait” option even though it will confirm. Even after checking in above the wait time. Store was full and none of the hosts knew what they were doing or about the app. Kinda makes the whole damn thing pointless when you are 8months pregnant and theirs not a single empty seat or way to get to the bathroom even.

Waiter was not friendly. Food was Too Salty and Steaks tasted prepackaged. We won’t be going back.

Super disappointed in the chicken fajita salad I just picked up. Minimal grilled chicken and 3 strips of pepper. Pretty disappointing for an $11 salad. I have a picture to prove it too. Major fail 54th St. Major fail. �
