Rewriting my review since I've been living here for 3 years now. I've had nothing but good experiences with Samia employees. They've always been very quick with repairs and preventative maintenance. I've never had pest problems and the public areas of the building are clean; the Samia owned buildings are always the first in my neighborhood to shovel their sidewalks after a snowstorm. I have lived in a 1 bedroom apt. with my boyfriend for a little over a year now in the Packard's Corner area. While the location itself has some issues "noisy student area sometimes", I must say that Samia has been the best management agency I've had in Boston. Yes, my apt has some issues with mice, but after making a maintenance request someone was in my apt. patching a hole and placing traps that afternoon.
