I was frustrated because the updated version did not take my desktop into consideration. It was more for those with telephones. However, it was but a couple hours before the issue was corrected through their back office automatically.
I love 8x8. It is user-friendly and very easy to use on multiple platforms. Integrating my work phone information with my personal phone is a time saver!!! Great product and great features!!!
There is a slight lag using the mobile app during all phone calls. The text system receives messages out of order when multiple are sent. It could help to include reactions like iPhone and updated Android operating systems have for text. Otherwise acceptable service.
I received an excellent follow up with the submitted case.
The service quality is exceptional. My only consistent difficulty is being able to log in on the administration side to make updates and changes. Adding additional physical phones has also been fairly problematic as we expand our personnel and have to add new physical phones. The online app works well.
