Using 8x8 enables me to “work from the office” even when I’m not there! It’s a great tool for a businessman on the go!
While in theory 8x8 should be very beneficial, the inconsistent performance renders it more of a nuisance.

I think the product works very well. I like it even more after the updates that allow copy paste etc…
My previous rate was “For an App which is designed to help you with remote communication it is too inconsistent and not very reliable. Too many missed calls and dropped calls.” I must say over the past couple of months the app has definitely improved very much and I’m looking forward to seeing what happens next in 2024.
