I was having system issues, and I placed a support ticket. Within five minutes I received a call from a support person and within ten minutes my problem was resolved. He was pleasant and efficient. Not only did my agent inform me on how to correct this issue the next time, he took time to explain the steps to me.

Great products and services from 8x8 VoIP with the best sound quality and pricing. Customer service and technical team support are available quickly and always ensures the system runs uninterrupted! The exchange and auto-cue features are exceptional compared to all other expensive services available in the market. We have used 8x8 products for over 12 years and will say they have not let us down even onetime. Pros: Great Product and Services. Cons: None have used 8x8 for last 12 years plus.

8x8 is very easy to use and really appreciate the voice message features. Only thing I wish it would do is allow people to create group text messages- right now it's either all company or individual. The cellular app allows employees to walk while on a call, which is beneficial when they need to see what someone may be calling about. Pros: Interface, Stability, Reliability, Ease of use. Cons: Can't do group text.

I recommend using 8x8 for all of your buisness needs. The customer service associates are very helpful and quick to respond with any questions or issues you may be having. They have some nice features to use as well. You can have multiple phone and texting lines and the app on your phone is easy to navigate.

It started out a little shaky but has gotten better over time- For the most part the users now love the system and it is so much easier to maintain now- The Cisco system we previously had was very difficult to maintain- There are so many features that we now user with 8x8 and especially the reporting options are great- Pros: User Friendly. Cons: Call Performance.

I have been working with 8x8 now for several months and the product works great. I see a phone number on my screen or Customer System and when I click it, the number is dialed and my desk phone starts ringing. Very convenient and reliable. The pricing is very reasonable as well. I have used vonage in the past and 8x8 is miles ahead. Pros: Great system - integrates with Teams. Cons: None at this time.

The best customer service in the industry. The reliability and quality of the mobile and desktop applications leave something to be desired but the hardline works great. I wish there were more synchronization between Google and 8x8, but it;s generally effective. Also a number of popular CRMs integrate well with 8x8. Pros: Excellent support. Cons: Confusing fax service.
