8x8 Overall Review Pros: Interface - VoIP system. Implementation process. Cons: Inconsistent performance. Poor call quality. Clients complaining they call and no one answers - our phones don't always ring. Poor interface with Outlook. Overall: Overall, when the system runs as designed, it is pretty good. The inconsistent performance is frustrating. The implementation team was helpful but regular setup is a bit clunky. Once figured out, it is ok.
Great System Pros: The flexibility and ease of use of 8x8 is a definite plus for those looking for a robust but easy to setup/maintain a hosted system. The call quality is consistently incredibly good. Cons: I've only helped implement the system a few times and have not encountered any cons.
Easy Implementation Pros: This product was easy to implement and training of staff was made easy with lots online KB videos. Cons: There is nothing negative I can say about the product.
