out of all of the VOIP services, our business went with 8x8 due to the positive reviews online. the only confusing part for setup was setting up the auto attendants, ring group and call queue but the online instructions were extremely helpful as well as the customer service. getting in touch with an actual person is easy and any issues are typically immediately resolved. would definitely recommend 8x8 for anyone looking to switch to VOIP!
8x8 is a great tool. I love that it connects to my computer and my phone so i don't miss any calls. The texting feature is also a really great tool to communicate with others.
