Application is easy to use. I have totally done away with physical desk phones for my team. We all either use the web app or a mobile device for the call center.

I have been using 8x8 for several months now & have been very pleased. The phone service is great. I have always experienced perfect phone quality. They have frequent trainings available if you are interested. I am also pleased with the cost.

The service works really good the support team assist as soon as possible. There are a couple of problems with the eight by eight application sometimes it doesn't work as it should and there are a couple things that we cannot do without the 8 by 8 assistant. So it takes more work to create a case every time we have to solve a problem. Besides that the service is really good.

8x8 is an easy to administer phone system for beginner telephone administrators to advanced. Documentation and learning paths are extremely helpful! The uptime is fantastic too!
