We migrated to 8x8 from Mitel in 2020 just before the pandemic. We found the migration to be well managed and easy to implement. There are many supporting documents to assist with end user training and help was always a chat or KB article away. When Covid hit, we were able to easily transition many employees to work from home utilizing 8x8 Work App and desktop. The phone system itself has been much easier to use and administer than our past Cisco System. On a couple of negative notes, it seems that there is an issue every two weeks or so that affects the call center. And secondly, support constantly calls me when I specify email support only.

Overall experience with 8x8 has been positive. They are advancing in new technology and are a very forward-thinking company who anticipates client needs. There is rarely a problem but when one does occur, 8x8 is on the case. Tickets get answered promptly and resolved expeditiously. Customer service is very, very good.
