Satisfied with the service overall but I had a problem with not being able to view my bills, opened a ticket and it took customer service 2 days just to reply saying they were looking at my ticket. So far, still no resolution.

The platform is user friendly and it crosses devices easily. The automated phone tree is helpful for small businesses. I have used 8x8's support multiple times with great success. I would recommend their platform.

I like 8X8. It is user friendly. sometimes the voice recordings are difficult to hear but may be because of the caller. I have not used the 'meetings menu". Is this like Zoom or Teams? I am not familiar with Beta. We use it everyday here.

The online account is easy to access and easy to make changes to the phone systems. Very customizable but it can be a little confusing. The support is readily there to help though.

Overall the product is great. I wish there was a little more seamless unity between the contact center and Work app though. One example is that sometimes, the end users transfer out of the contact center when transferring to another agent which we don't want to happen.
