8x8 has great support and very responsive. From the sales team to technical support, they are fantastic!
We started using your company probably a couple of years ago at Cetera, however there have been several issues that have come about. Calls seem to drop daily, sometimes people cannot hear us, it is frustrating because our line sometimes shows up as coming from a different location and not" Cetera". Overall customer service has been okay when i have called but there needs to be some upgrades on the platform.
