We've used 8x8 for years...perfect fit for our brick & mortar studio with flexibility for virtual work.
8x8 is an overall great VOIP service option. Only things I would like to see improvement for is additional training and assistance options when they update the back office (how you control your automated system). Would also like to have phone upgrade/swap out options. We've had our same phones for about 10yrs, only option is to purchase new ones as if we were coming in brand new. Not a great incentive when our equipment is wearing out.
8x8 uses the the best technology. I love the app features for the phone and the use of my PC features are tremendous. I use the online meetings all the time and prefer it over Zoom or any other platform.
