when I moved to an office space where phone line connection was not an option - my office mate told me how they use 8x8 instead. I was nervous at first as I had never used a voip based system before. It was easy set up and I love how I can access things remotely from my phone and laptop if desired.

The service is good. The reporting isn't quite what we are looking for. Sometimes you can't reach support via chat

8x8 Technical Support is still extremely slow in responding to tickets, understanding the client request and resolving it on time. This has been the trend since the pandamic and 8x8 management need to work on fixing that. This is a huge gap between presenting a good quality solution and how to maintain it and make it solid. Please work on that!

The performance and uptime/reliability has been very good with no issues. Service/support when I need it has always been there, and been responsive and helpful in solving any problems I have. Price is competitive.

Great value for international calls. Reliable connections and the app works very well when needing to take calls outside the office.
