8x8 is a good VoIP platform. The call quality, feature set and support is on par with other providers but their cost tends to be a little bit lower. We replaced our mixed on-prem and VoIP phone systems with 8x8 (work and VCC) as a single solution about 3 years ago and have been happy with the results. 8x8's live support has been especially helpful when we run into issues like corrupt accounts, questions on configuration and integration or even getting designated as spam. 8 x 8 is an outstanding call center platform and serves as a great "all in one" voip system that fits our companies needs. The one thing holding me back from giving it a 5 star review is that I wish the VO and VCC could be integrated into one system, basically have the best functions of the VCC transfer over to the VO for use. Using the two systems separately everyday is confusing and difficult. I just wish it was ONE call center system, a TRUE all in one.
