Our experience with 8x8 has been solidly OK--not great, but not bad. We were very disappointed we could never get the Salesforce integration to work. Also, there are some features with the ring groups that my client services team doesn't like (they can't reject the call if they are busy without rejecting the call for the whole group). The 8X8 platform is very impressive and user friendly. The support tech is all very good having great knowledge of product.
The customer service and tech support is very responsive and helpful. We have had some issues with the app, one thing I do not like is the nofication settings don't allow you to turn off notifcations unless you choose "mute until tomorrow" which I find irritating if I want to temporarily disable notifications without changing my business hours.
