The system is user friendly. It was pretty much plug and play and did not take a long time to get trained or get used to using. The cell phone app is very good and makes the system even more flexible when it comes to calls or meetings away from your desk. The only negative is that some of the analytics and other "next level" things require a higher licensing permission that was not told to me in the beginning.
I use it on my laptop and cell phone. It's a great way to keep my personal cell phone separate from my work number while maintaining both numbers on the same device. Besides calls, 8x8 also has messaging and fax features which is enables me to do my work from anywhere. I recommend 8x8 for business users.
