I wish there was more communication between the vendor and the client. I would like it if 8x8 took the time to properly introduce new customers to the complex platform and the bells and whistles
Easy to follow instructions - abilities to stop and notation times with resend video web extremely helpful. Learning as an amateur business sole proprietor has been excellent in all departments and helpful video tutorials are amazing - Great meeting Webcams and an accessible helpline setting to ease the set-up site with additional contents. Best Investment Ever!

I use 8x8 as a phone service. When I have issues when it comes to accounts or with phone lines, the customer service is always helpful. The communication on email is seamless where I tend to create most of my tickets.
