This was my first foray into VOIP and it couldn't have been easier. The 8x8 system works flawlessly and is very user friendly. I especially like the online admin portal that makes programming call flows easy. Great product!
While going through my phone setup process I needed assistance and everytime (which was several times) support was able to walk me through and also point out some info in knowledge base that would help if I forgot anything.
8x8 makes our office experience much easier. I love the ease of the website as well as the 8x8 app. I can easily purchase extensions, see daily metrics etc all from my accounts.
