2 Stars is being generous. The service is hard to use. Should be able to pick up calls to other calling groups, shorter notices "your call is parked at extension ###" to "parked ###". I selected to Park the call so why do I need to be told? Should be able to use all spaces for BLF or Speed Dial. This restriction is ridiculous. There are many other features that should be included. The fees have increased our bill substantially. I'm researching other telephone options.
I filled in a feedback form earlier in the year, and gave you a scathing review, especially for your Virtual Desktop product. Waste of time, as I never heard anything back from anyone at 8x8. I'm sure this will be the same...
In operation, our 8x8 services have been reliable, and tech support has been prompt and helpful every time we've had a question. When we were shopping for a VoIP providers, 8x8's sales technician was the only one we came across who had the technical training necessary to answer our questions about security and the technologies used. Every other vendor's sales representative -- and we talked to a bunch -- had to escalate those questions to a separate technical employee. Our takeaway: The people at 8x8 know their stuff.

Well over the last 6 to 8 weeks we have experienced some outages and were told this is because of upgrading equipment. When 8x8 upgraded their audio stack we could not even use the most recent VOD over a VPN connection, we had to use an earlier version. After that was resolved we experienced outages approx. 2 more times where we were unable to use VOD at all.
