We have had 8X8 in place for about 5 years now. This VOIP system replaced a much beloved but ultimately outdated PBX. From the moment we started, we discovered advantages to the new setup. Phones installed easily and they are very multy-function. We don't use anywhere near all of the software that 8X8 offers - we pretty much stick to basic telephony. But the flexibilities we have discovered in forwarding, physical location, forwarded voicemail, etc. have added much value.
We have been using 8x8 for four years now. Customer services is amazing, we always get the help we need and follow ups afterwards.
It was difficult to get in touch with a live voice, but once I was able to talk to someone from support the problem was resolved quickly.
