I love the customer service! I love that I am almost never put in a queue to reach a service representative. I love that there are no language barriers on the call. I love that they easily and quickly resolve my issue. And what I really love is that I really don't have have any "issues" which need resolution. The system works is exceptionally consistent and easy to use, even as we expand our business.
I run an political organization single-handedly, and I'm often not in the office. Our office is comprised of two employees, myself and Julie. We host several events and out in the community quite a bit. I love the ability to have access to all my information on my cell phone, through the 8x8 application. I can also answer calls from my cell phone if away from the office, which helps our callers and clients get their customer service needs met more efficiently.
I love 8x8 because I have a two hour commute and on days when the weather is bad, I can work from home and not miss any messages. I am able to return phone calls in a timely manner as if I were sitting at my desk!
