What I Love most about 8x8 is the ability to monitor my team from where ever I am whenever they are logged on.
I love the mobile app because of the freedom it gives me. I can work away from my desk and my clients can still get in touch with me as if I were in the office. For example, I'm currently in a different state and my clients are none the wiser.
