Waiting on to resolve account
The customer service rep was very helpful, took alot of time to get my new phone set up and get everything working. The ring groups he set up however are bypassing the caller ID, so I will need to call back and get this tweaked. The rep took ownership of the ticket and was very responsive in calling back and following through, this kind of customer service is golden.
