I like that the phones are now integrated with my laptop. Having the caller ID pop up on the computer and the ability to receive and make calls from my computer helps save time and adds a real convenience factor for me. The real time chat saves us from calling across the office or having to use email, I like the fact that it's in real time. We were also dropping calls left and right with our old company and since switching to 8x8 this has drastically improved as well as call clarity.
The idea that wherever I go, so does my phone. I can operate anytime anywhere at a point I choose. The virtual office apps and online applications give me the freedom and mobility to work, live and play without restrictions when it comes to customer contact. What I love most about 8x8 is the virtual receptionist. Since adding 8x8 service we have been able to increase our productivity as we are able to utilize the person that used to be tied to the phone to perform functions that were before not possible since she had to answer and direct every call that came in.
