Solid and reliable
We've always had a great experience with 8x8, but it's been invaluable during the pandemic. Being able to have multiple people taking calls to the same number all from different locations has been so crucial to getting work done. Customer service has always been great as well.

8x8 is great! They had a lot of features that I liked. I will miss having now that I have been forced to switch to Allstate's new phone service for agents. My new phone system (Avaya) is actually a down grade compared to 8x8. I wish I could've stayed with 8x8.
