The 8x8 service deserves high marks. I am genuinely impressed by the quality of the service, especially whilst travelling over the past months. Resolved issue.
We've been using 8x8 for 12 years in both an office and virtual office setting. We never have to think about our office phone needs since switching to them from a home grown customized EXPENSIVE phone system. Anytime we have a request or an issue, the 8x8 customer service team is quick to help us and get it solved quickly and painlessly.
Love being able to access my phone and fax from home or mobile as well as in the office. Great price.
Customer service was great. The phone systems were simple to use, although it became a bit complicated to access and view call logs and faxes once new changes were made. But great system overall.

I have used the 8 x 8 for many years. It is a reliable service, good line quality, no drop calls and a terrific voicemail. I enjoy the Polycom phone that was purchased from 8 x 8.
