Worked great for 3 years, but when we needed to downsize and go remote, we were too small for you to service us. We have now been trying since July 31 to get our service cancelled and lines released to our new provider which is affecting our business. Have spent hours on hold, chats, emails, NO results - VERY FRUSTRATED.

The 8x8 system has been a god-send to my insurance agency during the COVID-19 business shutdown. I am able to utilize the Virtual Office Desktop app to keep my team together with group calls and video meetings. While not like "being there," this keeps our sense of working together as a team intact. The support staff have also been very helpful working with me when we have encountered an issue with an employee's home computer working through our VPN setup.
