We have been using 8x8 since, well, before it was 8x8. I can't even begin to tell you how much money my business has saved. As my company has grown 8x8 has grown with us. We offer all of our clients conference call capabilities and a toll free numbers. We also love the fact that we can offer clients in other states a local phone number, making us feel "closer." My staff loves picking out their own on-hold music for their extensions!
Just this week a client needed immediate assistance, which required myself and my assistant to leave the office unattended. Because of the mobile 8x8 service, we were able to remain professional and receive calls directed towards the office. One of those calls now happens to be my largest client!! Thank you 8x8!!

I'm from CT and started a new job and career in the San Francisco Bay area. My family is still in CT wrapping things up as I commute back and forth. My new job requires a lot of documentation and moving around and 8x8 has been a great asset because with 8x8's robust forwarding system I can receive calls and faxes anywhere as if I were in the office.
