There are many things when which i like but will mention some of them which i liked the most . 1)Great customer support : Customer support team will give accurate information and help what we are in need and every time an agent is available to assist 2) call quality is excellent: I have used many other phone line services but this one have excellent call quality.
This is our first time using an office phone system that is not a landline. I love the flexibility and convenience of receiving an email with the transcript and recording of the call vs the older voicemail systems. Our assigned representative was very helpful in getting us set up and locating the correct phone for the office. I wish we could have done this years ago.
