Water, William, & Jesus were absolutely the best movers we've ever used. They are trustworthy, work fast with care and seem to have unlimited energy. We had a lot of stuff to move up two stairs and they exceded our expectations in terms of cost effectiveness and time. We packed most of our belongings but we needed a couple extra packing items and they provided great recommendations and most impressive was their ability to pack the storage units so well!

Crystal was very courteous and efficient. The property is very clean and loved the convenience of purchasing items, the use of a dolly was great too.

The man who processed my paperwork seemed professional, knowledgeable and educated about sizes and prices of different units. I can’t say he did anything wrong… he just wasn’t all that welcoming or friendly. Regardless, I rented a unit from him. He’s just not the type of person you ask for help or even a favor from.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Crystal who assisted us with answers to all of our questions, showed us around to the storage area we were looking for and finalized our arrangements. Excellent customer service, clean, neat and well organized facility too.

The storage was always kept up clean. There was always at least one cart next to the elevator in case you needed to move your items around. Staff was always courteous and friendly and willing to help. I also liked the monthly newsletter. It was a good read and informative. I had my storage for a couple of years and I will rent again from them if I need to.

Brandon and Crystal were great. I talked to Pat in San Diego on Sat May 29, 2021 who helped me with an issue with the store not being open. She managed the situation beautifully. She is an excellent representative of excellent service for your company. She should get a raise in salary!
