Very courteous and helpful staff. As opposed to two other storage facilities where I was rudely turned away because they had already served the max number of customers they could serve that day, even though it was only 3 PM. Easy sign up process and access to my unit. Well done.

Met me at the lobby using my first name! That was an awesome way to start the tour. Crystal took me to the storage units and gave me an excellent overview of the facility. Elevator was in great condition and moving carts stowed in designated spots. Facility was clean and storage units were in beautiful shape. I secured (2) immediately!
