Met me at the lobby using my first name! That was an awesome way to start the tour. Crystal took me to the storage units and gave me an excellent overview of the facility. Elevator was in great condition and moving carts stowed in designated spots. Facility was clean and storage units were in beautiful shape. I secured (2) immediately!
