Brandon and Crystal were great. I talked to Pat in San Diego on Sat May 29, 2021 who helped me with an issue with the store not being open. She managed the situation beautifully. She is an excellent representative of excellent service for your company. She should get a raise in salary!

Check in was done online, easy Went to office to get code and the sign papers and it was less than 10 minutes if you get a review you can get the lock for free for your storage woman that was in the office was absolutely professional sweet kind and it was very enjoyable to know that my things are going to be safe and just all in all of great experience

Very clean place and very caring management. I once failed to slide the door to the lock position and locked it anyway. I received a call the next day and appreciate their attentiveness.

A-1 is in the top three self storage places I have ever used. Solid construction, well lit, plenty of security cameras and clean. I had the pleasure of interacting with Crystal who provided genuinely good customer service. Whether you're buying fast food or a new home, that's few and far between these days. She is an asset to the company and I hope A-1 recognizes her contributions.
