Very courteous and helpful.
Front desk worker was extremely helpful in helping me decide the best size storage unit.
Although we found that the monthly rate was high we were happy overall with the facility and personnel. The location was convenient for our office. We discontinued our contract mainly because of the cost.
This is our second unit at Spring Street. The staff there is always a pleasure to work with. They are always friendly and most helpful. A special shout out to Samantha who went the extra mile and made sure we were well taken care of. Tim and Toni Smith
