The young lady who helped me was very friendly, professional, patient, knowledgeable & answered all of my many questions, plus I was able to get a discount on my lock & keys. Because of her instructions & demonstrations, entertaining the gate, finding my unit, unlocking & locking my unit was a breeze.

I am very happy with my storage experience with A-I Self Storage. The office was friendly and answered all my questions as it was the first time I have used a storage unit. The unit was clean and I felt confident my storage was secure.
