Was out sick with Covid and wasn't around to pay my unit , so my wife called to get the amount to.pay and they have an attitude with my wife telling her didn't your husband tell.you the amount then we she calls to pay over the phone , and they said No we dont take payments over the phone (which is BS ) so she goes and pays it . They told me I wasn't able to store any tools that are gas powered in my unit ,but I see everyone with gas power tools and even seen them putting gas cans in the unit

THOUGH MY STAY AT YOUR 'PLACE' WAS YEARS LONGER THAN I HAD PLANNED, I WAS ALWAYS COMFORTABLE KNOWING THAT MY THOUSANDS OF BOOKS WERE SECURE AND SAFE FROM ALL OUTSIDE INFLUENCES. YOUR BY-PHONE PAY PROCESS ALWAYS WORKED SMOOTHLY. YOUR PERSONNEL, MOST IMPORTANTLY, WERE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, KIND, AND HELPFUL. THAT WAS ESPECIALLY TRUE AT THE TIME I WAS MOVING OUT.. I walked in with no appointment to inquire about space availability. Service Agent Joe was most informative and patient with my questions and showing the available units. Joe explained contract agreement and rental rules quickly and got me what I might need for my storage situation.

Very good customer service. My storage coordinator told me all the options, showed me the correct space I needed to rent. I was in and out of the paperwork process in less than 10 mins. Storage space is very clean, well lit and accessible. They met and exceeded all my expectations. Thank you.

There were no carts available the last two times I was there. And would be the time I was moving out. Thank God the other building had them. But it was quite a walk! The friend that was with me saw carts pile with stuff on the other side of the building. There was no one in sight and no one around. The last time I was there Dec. 23, 2020 no carts again.
