THOUGH MY STAY AT YOUR 'PLACE' WAS YEARS LONGER THAN I HAD PLANNED, I WAS ALWAYS COMFORTABLE KNOWING THAT MY THOUSANDS OF BOOKS WERE SECURE AND SAFE FROM ALL OUTSIDE INFLUENCES. YOUR BY-PHONE PAY PROCESS ALWAYS WORKED SMOOTHLY. YOUR PERSONNEL, MOST IMPORTANTLY, WERE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, KIND, AND HELPFUL. THAT WAS ESPECIALLY TRUE AT THE TIME I WAS MOVING OUT.. I walked in with no appointment to inquire about space availability. Service Agent Joe was most informative and patient with my questions and showing the available units. Joe explained contract agreement and rental rules quickly and got me what I might need for my storage situation.

Getting this storage unit went so smoothly I am truly amazed! I ordered it online, was directed to the closest A-1 Storage that had the size unit I needed immediately available. Drove in with a load of boxes and dropped by the office to do five minutes of paperwork then was escorted to my unit and started unloading! Great Service!!!
