Very nice facility. Clean and easy to access. The space was a good deal. The person who checked me out when I was done was weird. Otherwise a great experience.

I called on yesterday and I talked to a gentleman named Corey if I'm not mistaken and the gentleman was so helpful I've been kind of stressed out about my storage and he answered all my questions and made me feel confidence in the company storing my precious things so thank you today young man and thank you guys for her and him five stars that's what he deserves

I've had a unit at A1, Oakland, for seven years. The service has always been excellent, and the cleanliness consistant. Unlike my past storage experience in SM, I've never seen any indication of mice, despite A1's Oakland location being adjacent to an open field. When I searched every possible storage location in Alameda, and also Oakland near Hwy 880, the security system at A1, High St.., Oakland, was superior to all others and the price was competitive.

The entire facility is spotlessly clean. The staff is friendly, helpful, and willing to work with you. It has easy access to your unit. The store has a great stock of things you might need. like tape, obxes, trash bags, box cutters, etc.
