This is the second time I have used this A-1 storage. I was so pleased with it the first time, that when I needed storage again, I immediately chose them. The staff is excellent, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. I'm always happy to see Dana, she's always pleasant and goes out of her way to make things work for me.

I only had the storage for about six month, would had kelp it longer had they not gone up so soon on the rental, the space I rented 5x5 was very small and very over price. The customer service very nice and respectful, and courteous.

This place is clean and safe. It stays cool which preserves valuable artifacts. It is very accessible during a wide range of time - 6 AM to 10 PM. Some times the elevator does not work causing inconvenience. Overall Been happy with the service.

It was a very courteous help, JP even helped me to get a free lock. He was so helpful and explained how I could switch between different storage options as my need changed.

My experience was great and easy starting with reservations. Upon my arrival to the Oakland office the two gentlemen was very kind, helpful and provided me with outstanding customer service that made me feel very comfortable at this location. I liked the cleanest of the property and the property is well maintained inside/and out and centralized and located next to Alameda Bridges and easy access to the freeway. I would definitely refer and rate A-1 storage.as 👍🏽 Excellent!
