This is our 2nd experience with A1 storage. They are not properly up keeping the facility. The bathrooms are not consistently clean. Prices went up twice without any explanation or change within a 6 month time period. Staff is nice, but get easily frazzled by questions or concerns. We moved our things to another facility because of the cost, upkeep and price. We got more for our money with a better quality service. Hopefully they shape things up as the community really needs the jobs and the facility.
