Nick at the self-storage facility provided exceptional service from start to finish! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure all my storage needs were met. When we arrived the price was $81/month. 6 month after we have to pay $117! 45% more! And we had an issue in this storage: last month I wanted to go to my storage but people were sitting on the floor with clothes scattered. they ate and drank alcohol. management did not intervene. I was unable to access my unit and the behavior of these people was not healthy, my wife has since refused to go there alone. not only has the price increased exponentially but this storage is not secure and no action is taken by management.
Not only was Nick at A-1 Self storage transparent, but gave excellent customer service and gave me knowledge for what storage would work best with my situation. I’ll be sure to recommend this facility!

Eileen is always so friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns. Great customer service is hard to find and the world needs more people like Eileen. My husband and I have had a storage unit since June of last year and she has always cared and helped us with any questions, concerns, or even payment information.
