I rented my unit for almost 20 years. I NEVER had any major problems. A few years ago there was a glitch in their system and my autopsy didn't happen. They took care of it immediately when I called them after receiving a late notice, and they removed the late fee with no pushback. The grounds are kept clean and dry. Entry is secure. If I ever need storage again I will certainly be a repeat customer
