Trying to start up a business and had our parts and tools stored there every time we came to get a part or tool we were told we couldn't hang out unfortunately my mother died making us loose her house and ours in PA so yes we r homeless too but trying to start up a business and get back on our feet has been hard enough with road blocks in our way every second of everyday thought that if had a storage garage it would stop my husband's tools and parts from being stolen and maybe we could finally get ahead by not looking so hom... read more

Our store manager will remind our tenants about the rules when out on the grounds, so that we have no misunderstandings. I rented my unit online with only a half hour until the office closed and I rushed down to the storage facility too be given my storage unit info... And even though it was closing time the lady in the front office showed me where my unit was and made sure I knew how to get in and out thank u it was nice having someone helpful instead of just in a rush to leave.

Cheryl and Billy were amazing employees. They were so helpful with all of my requests and went above and beyond to help me anyway possible. I really appreciate them and I will continue to stay with A-1 storage because of there great costumer service!

To be honest I truly enjoyed having A1 as my storage provider, especially because I live a quarter mile away which made it really easy to go over there. The only reason I'm giving them a 1 star review is because they were dishonest with me about payment. I rented a unit for over a year and it started out at $64 a month for a 5X10 on the second floor.
