The keypads to open the gates are on the wrong side of a truck to get in. I was forced to get out of the truck to punch in the pass word . Also there are no overhead lights in the dark storage units . Irritating. Makes it very difficult to see what is in boxes of storage . Need to fix that !!

Your people are (and always have been) great. I had a unit a long time ago, and now I remember why I gave it up. Walking up and down stairs with my arthritis is challenging; I hate having to unbuckle my seatbelt and get out of my car on the way in AND the way out to enter the gate code. The unit door is difficult to close (it rolls okay but getting the lock to slide shut requires some finessing). But it is close to my house and I needed something short term while I get new flooring so I'm grateful to have the extra space... read more
