Great customer service and easy process from initial reservation, tour of facility/unit to completing paperwork and renting unit. Wonderful young lady at check-in helped answer all my questions and explained everything in detail. Really made the whole experience easy and anxiety-free. The facility itself was very clean and secure, unit was easily accessible via elevator, and dollies/carts available for use, which was very convenient.
