Kevin and Yabone (I hope the spelling is right) have gone above and beyond to make the customers feel welcomed. A-1 Self Storage in North Hollywood has a fantastic staff. The storage facility is kept in excellent shape.
Facilities are extremely clean, security is excellent, and staff are super friendly and helpful.

We needed to secure storage short notice to make space at home to now accommodate our entire family working and doing school work online during covid stay at home order. The A-1 team in North Hollywood was fast, very friendly and very forthcoming. The website is also easy to use. We got to check out the unit onsite before renting; they made it very easy with the special protective procedures. Great job! Thanks.
I’ve been with A-1 for about 3 years. The facility is super clean and so are the bathrooms and accessible by your gate code. Yabone , the manager and Kevin are considerate, helpful, cheerful and friendly. The space was really tall so you can fit a lot if you stack the boxes high. I had a 4’ x 8’ and about 10’ high. They have free coffee and tea, and refrigerated cold water in the front office. There is oldies music playing constantly and that keeps you company. The hall lights go on automatically with movement. Best place ever to rent a storage space from (clean units, elevator, carts to move your items) and the rates are much cheaper than other nearby storage locations (even better that you can often find coupons on the web to get a free lock). However, the BEST part: I cannot express enough about how FANTASTIC the guys at this facility are - Kevin and Yabone are GREAT - so helpful and accommodating.
