Great customer service and easy process from initial reservation, tour of facility/unit to completing paperwork and renting unit. Wonderful young lady at check-in helped answer all my questions and explained everything in detail. Really made the whole experience easy and anxiety-free. The facility itself was very clean and secure, unit was easily accessible via elevator, and dollies/carts available for use, which was very convenient. Great location, staff super friendly and very helpful.
I'm very happy with my experience with A-1 Self Storage! Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and extremely helpful. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained. My storage unit worked perfectly for my stuff. The fact that each unit has an alarm on it made me feel great about leaving everything there. I'd definitely come back here if I ever need to store things again!
