Leo was awesome start to finish. I've the opportunity of interacting with him directly on multiple occasions and I would definitely say he is an to the company. I've worked in retail/customer service most of my professional career so I'm more critical than most. He gets 2 thumbs up!!! Thanks Leo!!!

Leo was so gracious. He led me through the process and setup everything a few days before my move. The day of my move Alex had all of the paperwork prepared and showed me step by step what to do. He greeted the movers and directed them to the elevator and storage space. The movers were impressed with the process and cleanliness of the space. The move was fast and seamless. Thank you Leo and Alex for being so nice and professional.
