Thank you for your feedback, Lisa. While we do allow service animals on the grounds, we don't allow pets. We wanted to be sure to clarify for you, just to make sure there wasn't any miscommunication about our regulations.
The website was excellent and afforded me a discount for the unit I wanted. My original call to the location was greeted with a very knowledgeable person who gave me all the information I needed regarding availability. I easily secured the storage locker I needed on line and quickly received a follow-up call to be sure I was satisfied. I will check in for the first time this weekend and expect a similar experience. VERY satisfied.
